The facilities, room and breakfast.

The restaurant staff, a lot of people and sometimes it was difficult for them to come and serve you. Very unsociable.

Breakfast and swimming pool were the only good things.

Room access not working properly Bathroom very old. Water issues. Room Service and staff hopeless Kitchen has no enough dishes and cutlery.

Pool area was nice, and the staff were nice and tried to be helpful but were unable to provide assistance when requested.

Room was not cleaned properly, cold showers, wifi cut out every 10 mins when i was in the room, amenities such as the jug were broken, Contruction site right outside of room was loud and there was no warning at time of boking.
